A basic IQ test is $550. A basic IQ test includes verbal and nonverbal domains only.

A comprehensive IQ test is $650. A comprehensive IQ test includes areas such as verbal comprehension, fluid reasoning, processing speed, long-term retrieval, short-term working memory, auditory processing, and visual/spatial reasoning.

A basic IQ test and basic achievement test battery is $950. A basic IQ test includes verbal and nonverbal domains only and a basic achievement test batter includes general reading, general writing, and general mathematics testing.

A comprehensive evaluation is $1,200.00. A comprehensive evaluation includes Intellectual/Cognitive Assessment (i.e., IQ test), in-depth Academic Achievement Testing, and Social/Emotional/Behavioral assessment (i.e., clinical interview; behavior observation in session; and self-report, parent, and teacher rating scales).

Coaching, Consultation, and Counseling services are $90/hr.

Keep in mind that the price for evaluations includes shipping and handling of materials, return postage, rental of document camera, intake interview, evaluation sessions, detailed evaluation report, and review of evaluation results session.

We accept payments via Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). While we do not accept health insurance, we can provide our clients with a Superbill that lists diagnostic codes and service codes that may be able to be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, if requested. If you plan to seek insurance reimbursement, be sure to give your insurance company a call prior to scheduling an evaluation to see if they offer reimbursement for out-of-network service providers for psychoeducational evaluation.

We understand that evaluation reports are often needed sooner than IICAN’s standard two-to-three-week turnaround time. So, we offer expedited services for your convenience. There is an additional fee due to the significant amount of around the clock work required to reduce the turnaround time.

Expedited Fee: $500
Report will be received seven calendar days after last day of testing or receipt of rating scales, whichever comes last.

Expedited Plus Fee: $800
Report will be received 72 hours after last day of testing or receipt of rating scales, whichever comes last.
